"The market has shifted... it is no longer a crazy sellers market... 

about 6 months ago, prices were crazy high, houses were getting multiple offers and coming off the market in a week or less.... 

NOW we are in a BUYERS MARKET...  Houses are cheaper and they are staying on the market longer... Lower offers are being accepted!

If you tried to buy a home a year or 2 ago and got priced out the market or couldn't get any offers accpted, NOW is a great time to try again."
