Job Description:

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building rapport? Are you ready to kickstart your career in real estate? We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our real estate business forward by connecting with homeowners and sellers to schedule meetings with our Realtors. Duties:

Prospecting: Make outbound calls to homeowners and sellers to identify potential leads.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between homeowners/sellers and our Realtors.

Client Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with clients through phone and email.

Data Entry: Accurately notate all conversations, meetings, and client information on spreadsheets.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. For each successful client close, you'll earn a generous commission as follows: $500 for the first client close, $1000 for the second client close, and $1500 for the third client close per month. With dedication and excellent performance, your income has the potential to grow significantly as you help clients achieve their real estate goals. We believe in rewarding your hard work and success in helping clients make their dream home a reality.


Hours:

This is a 'Remote', 'Work From Home' opportunity.  You will be able to make your own schedule and this is a great side job or side gig or you can work full-time.  Your results depend on your effort and dedication.
